Frequently Asked Questions about The Quantum Leap Membership Done For You Service

What's included in the service?

Your Membership Portal with all of your content for your first month uploaded, Your Sales Page and Thank You Page, Your Membership Success Blueprint video. All of these assets will belong to you, along with the copyright going forwards. Please note that it is entirely up to you to provide the content for the Membership - including any trainings, workbooks, videos, audio downloads etc - and it is your responsibility to have these ready to share with me as soon as we commence work on your project, so that we don't have any hold-ups progressing through the project.

What do I need to provide?

As the Client, you will be responsible for creating all content to be uploaded into your Membership portal. You will need to provide the logo, branding colour references, photos of you to be included on your sales page, as well as any workbooks, videos and / or audio files that you would like us to upload into your Membership portal. Any ongoing fees for your Tech platform are your responsibility.

Do I need to pay seperately for my Tech provider platform?

Yes, your chosen platform will remain your financial responsibility at all times and any ongoing fees payable to your tech payment provider should be honoured by you in order to retain access to the Membership portal plus sales assets that we create for you inside your chosen Tech platform.

Do you run my Membership for me?

No, we create your Membership Portal, Sales Page and Thank you Page - all other elements of the Membership running are over to you. We include uploading the first months content into the portal and no further involvement is included from us once your Portal, Sales Page and Thank you Pages have been handed over to you.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind part way through us working together?

No, the fee is final and non-refundable once we have started working together. We include an opportunity for a single round of amends to make sure that you're really happy with the Membership, Sales Page and Thank you Pages before we hand them over to you.

Can I take as long as I like to get all of the content over to you ready to be uploaded into the Membership portal?

No, we ask that you are ready to go with your Membership Content (content for the Membership for the first month, plus for us to have access to your logo, branding and any photos of you) right away when we agree to work together. To ensure a smooth delivery, it's important that you're ready to go!

If you would like to book in for the service at the current rates, but are not able to give me access to the content for your Membership yet, then we can arrange a non-refundable deposit for you to hold the current rate, with the final amount due plus all content for the Membership to be finalised within 4 months of your sign-up date.

Does Quantum Leap Membership guarantee that I will be successful?

As with all done for you services, there is no guarantee of success at any level. There are too many variables including how well you know your niche and your audience, how much time you have to invest in running your Membership and promoting it, your own lifestyle etc for me or any other business to guarantee how your business will run now or in the future.
